| Most co-ops that relate to the sciences (biology/chemistry) are at large firms without much personality. RMRL has a small staff of about 15 and the intimate setting is incredibly laid back. The other employees are friendly, intelligent, and willing to help. The work day may begin any time between 7 am and 9:30 am and end 8 hours later. Each co-op is allowed to develop his or her own individual project to work on throughout the internship. These include developing new formulas for new products or working on more efficient ways to perform stability tests. There is a nice balance between work and free time. Definitely the best job I could ask for. | |||
